Led by Ryan Reed, an attorney and trained mediator with over 25 years of experience as a Kentucky lawyer and a focus on family law and mediation for individuals and families seeking a better path forward.

Meet Ryan Reed

Ryan Reed has practiced law in Kentucky since 1998. A native of Leitchfield and a longtime Bowling Green resident, Ryan is known for his steady presence, measured judgment, and people-first approach.


Over the course of more than two decades, he has worked extensively in divorce, custody, child support, adoption, and other family-related matters. That experience gives him a deep understanding of how family disputes unfold — both in and out of the courtroom.


Today, through Cedar Ridge Solutions Family Mediation Service, Ryan focuses on helping families resolve conflict outside of court whenever possible. As a mediator, his role is not to take sides, but to guide productive conversations, clarify options, and help parties reach workable agreements with dignity and control..
